Discover the Clear Alternative to Braces!
Why settle for uncomfortable and unattractive metal-and-wire braces when there is a clear alternative — Invisalign® clear aligners. Young Dental Health Center invites you to schedule a consultation to see if clear aligners are the right orthodontic treatment for you.
How Invisalign® Works
Invisalign® clear aligners work in ways similar to conventional braces, with some notable differences. Instead of the push and pull of brackets and wires, Invisalign® trays make the teeth conform to the next position until your treatment is complete. The trays use mild pressure to gently and gradually nudge the teeth further into alignment. And, if you've seen before and after photos of the process, you know how well these innovative clear aligners really work!
Look Great While You Improve Your Smile
One of the best benefits of undergoing Invisalign® treatments is that practically no one will be able to tell you are undergoing orthodontic treatments. But, they will be able to tell that your smile is improving! Since Invisalign® trays are essentially transparent, they are perfect for self-conscious teens and for those who work in client-facing positions.
Safe and Comfortable
Invisalign® alignment trays are designed for comfort. There are no wires or brackets to rub against the inner cheek or for food to become lodged. Plus, you can enjoy all your favorite foods without fear of damaging your orthodontic device. At Hall Family Dental, we employ state-of-the-art digital scanning equipment to produce extremely precise models of your teeth. These are used to plan your treatment path and to ensure the process is as comfortable as possible.
Invisalign® aligner trays are made of a transparent thermoplastic that is free of BPA and bisphenol S, as well as latex and gluten-based materials.
How Long Should I Wear My Invisalign® Clear Aligners Each Day?
Invisalign® trays should be worn for at least 20 to 22 hours per day, unless otherwise recommended by your orthodontist or dentist. You should also attend follow-up appointments to achieve the greatest possible outcome.
You should try to wear your Invisalign® aligner trays as much as possible, they can be taken out during mealtimes, brushing, and flossing.
Is Invisalign® Right for Me?
Straightening your teeth goes beyond having a great smile. Aligning your teeth makes it easier to clean and maintain your teeth and gums. Also, correcting your bite reduces excessive wear on certain areas of the teeth and can also improve your digestion.
Invisalign® clear aligners can treat most, but not all, cases of malocclusion; severely crooked teeth and corrections that require complex tooth movements might require traditional braces. Through an in-person consultation, the team at Hall Family Dental can help determine which course of treatment can help you achieve your smile goals.
How Much Does Invisalign® Cost?
Invisalign® treatments usually cost somewhere between $1,800 to $5,000, all depending on the duration and complexity of treatments. Although, most dental insurance plans will cover a significant amount of that cost. In most cases, insurance will leave you to cover the cost difference between traditional braces and Invisalign® clear aligners. Our team will work with you to make your treatments as affordable as possible.
